Arizona House Amends Then Passes SB 1070, The Trespass Bill (by Dave Levine)

April 13, 2010 at 9:00 PM PDT...Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce has informed me that SB 1070 was amended and passed on a partyline vote by the House today. It now goes back to the Senate for approval, then on to Governor Brewer for signature. There's no way of knowing "when" it will be signed and thus become law.

I'll have information on the amendments later...
