Whether the shooter was bullied by the teen he shot to kill, he should be charged with attempted murder and if he has a record, he should have the book thrown at him. There should be a "zero tolerance" for this sort of thing but our society is controlled by liberals who love protecting criminals, especially young ones.

 

It's high time that tolerance ended.
