A Reuters video report of this incident states that the American, William Hershkovitz, who had been fired by the hotel, shot and killed a hotel security guard but the written story by by Allyn Fisher-Ilan and Ari Rabinovitch (editing by Jane Baird) states that he killed a hotel chef.

 

I suppose one could call the murderer's act "an act of revenge" or "a termination killing" but whatever you want to call it, the IDF and local Israeli police are to be commended for taking this bastard out.

 

One rarely hears about crimes committed by American tourists overseas.
