The next link is the CBS p.c. report on the story which is more fluff than substance and doesn't say "who" these perps are--their ethnicity, immigration status, nothing. They are likely all illegal aliens. Thank goodness Police Officer Robert Denapoli is out of danger and will recover from his wounds. The illegal alien scumbag emptied 5-6 rounds into the police cruiser. The shooter was eventually shot in the chest but will survive.

Vdare's Richer is absolutely right. The only way to stop American deaths at the hands of illegal aliens is to remove illegal aliens from America--ALL of them! It's a daunting task with the GOP and Democrat Party against it, not to mention the ACLU and most of the courts. However, there have been some victories at the SCOTUS (Chamber v. Whiting) which may prove to be crucial.

The key, of course, are the states and the 1070 and E-verify laws they are passing and have passed. There's an Arizona-tough 1070 bill currently in the PA Legislature authored by Patriot State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, HB 738 as well as his mandatory E-verify bill HB 858. If these are passed and signed into law, they will make Pennsylvania--a huge state will millions of illegals--the Arizona of the East Coast. It could spread to other states. This is why it's so important to DEFEAT HR 2164, Rep. Lamar Smith's National E-verify bill that would destroy 1070, LAWA and other E-verify and 1070 laws! The states are the ones who can get a handle on illegal immigration, not the Feds. We've seen all to recently and in the past under G.W. Bush and other presidents how politics destroys law and order at the Federal level. The People have more of a say at the state and local level and they ARE doing just that!

It's also critical to remove Communist Governors like Duval Patrick, one of the worst Governors is U.S. history and replace him with a law and order Governor.

It's all about political will and our survival as a nation. Our leaders allowed these scumbags to break into our country, then once here, "leaders" like "RINO Rick" Perry made them "the protected class", not to be touched using Special Order 40 ordinances which are against Federal law and Amnesties like the Executive Amnesty Soetoro-Obama has given illegals in the U.S. These criminals kill Americans indiscriminately and nothing is done.

Now is the time to do something about it.
