Judge Bolton knows the SCOTUS has ruled 8-0 upholding the enforcement provision.

At some point, Bolton will be forced to carry out the Supreme Court’s mandate and say that section of SB 1070 cannot be blocked based on arguments of federal preemption.

The left's lawyer is trying to delay, delay, delay such a ruling but the decision (by the high court) has already been made and it was unanimous.

 

Judge Bolton's block of 1070's enforcement provision MUST be lifted and now!
