This story isn't surprising as MA is "the California of the East" with perhaps the most liberal, pro-lawbreaking ordinances and state laws of any East Coast state.

 

Massachussetts has at least four Sanctuary Cities--Cambridge, Chelsea, Orleans and Springfield--as stated at Steve Salvi's
