Whatever the case, in the Show's opinion, this guy should be fired and institutionalized. Zero tolerance for drug use by teachers and for pulling this crap in class!

 

However, it appears that Prof. John McCarthy won't be charged with a crime. Now, isn't that nice of MSU?
