Ohio Lawmaker To Introduce 1070 Bill To Crack Down On Illegal Aliens (my version of title by John Hill at standwitharizona.com)

The Dave Levine Show is excited about State Rep. Courtney Combs' (R-Hamilton) bill as there's a chance that RINO Gov. Kasich will sign it. Ohio is currently "a red state".

The problem as always are the RINOs both in the House and Senate and the Governor himself is a RINO. The Chamber of Horrors and Farm Bureau weild incredible power with elected RINOs and can and very likely will either water this bill down so it has no teeth like Indiana's, Georgia's and Utah's 1070 laws or try to block it completely, but we're hoping that doesn't happen.

A watered-down 1070 bill--a bill with no teeth--is almost useless. The teeth?

-The enforcement part that was just upheld by the SCOTUS and

-The mandatory E-verify provision FOR ALL BUSINESSES, not just those doing business with The Buckeye State, a provision that was upheld by the SCOTUS in last year's Chamber v. Whiting decision.

The RINOs in the Ohio Legislature will oppose this bill at the risk of losing Conservative support which they need to stay in office. RINOs everywhere are going to fight 1070 bills in legislatures. 43 states don't have them.

It's high time they did.
