"RINO Rick" is at it again. A perfect opportunity to start Texas down the anti-Amnesty road and he BLOWS IT! Because he isn't opposing the EO Amnesty, he's allowing the millions of illegals in Texas to get driver's licenses and remain, taking millions of jobs from American citizens. If this doesn't anger Texas Tea Partiers, nothing will.
