If "RINO Rick" Perry had any cojones, he'd tell the Chamber of Horrors, Charles E. Butt and Bob Perry to take a hike and do as Governor Heineman of Nebraska and Governor Brewer of Arizona have done and so "No!" to benefits and driver's licenses for illegals.
