I would also recommend "a little history visit" to former Congressman "B-2" Bob Dornan's loss by 984 votes to Latina activist Loretta Sanchez in then-Conservative-but-changing-to-liberal Orange County in 1996. While Dornan did a poor job of exposing the illegal vote and was an abrasive, outlandish character (which didn't help him with some Republican voters), the following piece by Jim Miller in 2004 beautifully describes what happened at
