An excellent piece by Eastman! And I fully agree with what he writes.

Illegal is illegal. Once these reconquistas get their way (some would say, the IllegalAlienBus is already given legitimacy by their not being arrested and deported as they are admitted illegals), they get energized and become more radical.

I saw this happen back in the 1990s and it came full bloom during G.W. Bush years after 2000--hundreds of thousands of (paid) illegals marching in our big cities, inciting fear in the hearts of many Americans who would otherwise oppose their being here. Fear drives policy. If enough Americans can be "silenced" with fear, then the left--those driving the reconquistas--has won.

The only thing that can save America is a return to law and order. Arrest and deportation, 1070 laws in most states and a DHS that is not politicized but that is following Federal Immigration laws on the books, not the non-enforcement happening since Soetoro-Obama came to office.

Romney-Ryan isn't the answer, I'm afraid. We're simply going to see more Amnesty plans and guestworker programs. The GOP is hung up on demographics, on trying to get Latinos to vote Republican, something more than a third of them aren't going to do. It's known as The Rovian Fallacy.
